J. Herbin is the oldest name in pen inks in the world. He created The Jewel of Inks" in his shop on the Rue des Fossess Saint-Germain in Paris in 1700.
J. Herbin India ink is made with a shellac type lacquer which when dried provides a nice shine. This ink has a great permanency of color which you can enjoy without worry due to the fast drying time.
